Welcome to Love by Ejecta free essay sample

The synthpop duo Ejecta, consisting of Neon Indians Leanne Mccomber and producer Joel Ford, released their debut full-length studio record Dominae in November 2013. The album included ten tracks that were all a treat to listen, especially the fast-paced danceable Afraid of the Dark, which got played on Vampire Diaries. Fords well-done synthpop production and Mccombers well-written lyrics about love, loss and pretty much problems faced in adulthood makes the LP worth a buy, although it may take a few listens to get yourself into it. Given that, Ejecta still have a bit of work to do to reach the brilliance that was another duo in the synthpop genre, called The Buggles (remember Video Killed the Radio Star?), but they have several chances. Theyre now under Young Ejecta, which the name was changed due to a legal issue with the almost simillary-named DJ Ejeca, and are going to put out an extended play/mini-album in January 2015, called The Planet. We will write a custom essay sample on Welcome to Love by Ejecta or any similar topic specifically for you Do Not WasteYour Time HIRE WRITER Only 13.90 / page One of the tracks on there, Welcome to Love, has been released as a lead single, and it seems to be a good indication of what we can expect. In Welcome to Love, Fords dreamy 1980s-influenced production and Macombers adulthood lyrics are continued from Dominae, but now with 1970s pop and Europop influences that make the track even more fun to listen to. The strings, bright synths and percussion are really catchy, and Macombers breathy vocals sound clearer than on Dominae, which is a big improvement. Its a shame this groups work hasnt gotten as much attention as it has right now, but it seems like theyre starting to get there. You should definitely keep up with Young Ejecta and hope for a second single off The Planet before the albums release.

My Immigrant Experience free essay sample

Italy government has a parliamentary government based on a  proportional  voting system. The  Parliament of Italy  is perfectly  bicameral: the two houses, the  Chamber of Deputies   and the  Senate of the Republic  have the same powers. The Prime Minister, officially  President of the Council of Ministers  , is Italys  head of government. The Prime Minister and the cabinet are appointed by the President of the Republic, but must pass a vote of confidence in Parliament to become in office. While the office is similar to those in most other parliamentary systems, the Italian prime minister has less authority than some of his counterparts. The prime minister is not authorized to request the dissolution of Parliament or dismiss ministers (that are exclusive prerogatives of the President of the Republic) and must receive a vote of approval from the Council of Ministers—which holds effective executive power—to execute most political activities.
